How can I become a member?
Click the 'New Member' button on our home page, enter the required information in the form you will view, and click the 'Save' button. After you enter complete and correct information, you will automatically log in to the site.
No confirmation email arrived. What should I do?
Your registered email address may be invalid or misspelled. In this case, you will not receive the confirmation e-mail that is required for your membership to be valid. Make sure you are using a valid email or spelling it correctly. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail even though you have typed it correctly, check your spam folder.
How can I update my membership information?
You can renew your membership information in the 'My Personal Information' section under the 'My User Account' heading.
I forgot my password, how can I find it out?
When you click on the 'Forgot My Password' field on the member login page, your activation code will be sent to your e-mail address registered in the system. By clicking on this activation code, you can create your new password on the new page that appears.
ORDER
Can I add products to my order?
You cannot add products to the order you have paid for. However, you can cancel your order and create a new order.
When are orders shipped?
Your orders are delivered to cargo depending on the delivery time of the product. We do not send cargo on Saturdays and Sundays. You can track your order from the 'My Orders' tab in the 'My User Account' section. Preventing factors such as harsh weather conditions may cause your cargo to be delayed.
How can I check my orders?

Is VAT included in the prices of the products I purchase?
VAT is included in the sales price of every product sold through Cotto N Mania.

Can I pay at the door?
Orders are currently not available via cash on delivery method.

Do you ship abroad?
Currently, our products do not ship abroad.
What should I look for when I submit my order?
When receiving your order, you should definitely check whether there is any problem with the cargo package.
If you encounter a problem with your cargo package, you must submit a report to the cargo officer and not receive it. The report will facilitate your transactions regarding product exchange or refund.
What happens if I am not at the delivery address?
If we are not at the address, your orders will be kept at the cargo branch for 3 days. If you wish, you can pick it up from the cargo branch. If your order is not received after 3 days, it will be returned to the Cotto N Mania warehouse.
How can I find out where my cargo is?
To find out where your orders have been delivered to cargo; You can find out your cargo tracking number by viewing your orders in the My User Account > My Orders tab.

Can I return my order?
You can return the product you purchased in the same condition you received it within 14 days from the day you received it.
Who pays the shipping when the product is returned?
The shipping cost of the product you want to return for any reason will be covered by us. You can send it by Aras cargo.
How do I make a return?
You can return the products within 14 days after they reach your address.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received.
The required fields must be filled in, signed and sent along with the invoice.
You can send your return via Aras cargo, which we have a contract with. Your order number is also your return code. You can send a refund to the address below by passing your order number to the cargo employee.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Returns of used products and products damaged by user error are not accepted.
When will the cost of the returned product be reflected in my account?
After the products you return arrive at the Cotto N Mania warehouse, their compliance with the return conditions is checked. After checking that the product complies with the return conditions, the price of the unused products that have not lost their resaleability will be transferred to your credit card within an average of 10-14 days. The duration of the refund process will vary depending on the banks.
